Click hereHey jevees can you find my heart
I don't even know where to start
I gave it to her one night last spring
we were sitting on the back yard swing
trading kisses and holding hands
she made me feel like her special man
now I think I want it back again
I caught her running round with my friends
maybe she's at the pub on main
She likes to go there when it rains
It doesn't matter where I am
I'm never going to take her back again
As gently pointed out, Jevees" has two "e"s before "v" and one after.
(Sounds like an old spelling rule.)
An interesting and fresh concept,
but your presentation might be made stronger with more thought given to rhyme and sentence substance.
Some of the rhymes miss a little,
and some of the lines appear written merely to support the rhyme.
Consequently the words falter a bit when read.
Keep writing
If you can ask Jeeves were your heart is do you think he would mind finding mine too? Very nicely done. Always E
Is your Jevees referring to Ask Jeeves? Original idea to ask him where your heart is.
