Her adolescent high heel dreams came to an embarrasing halt
As her bubblegum pink lips kissed the cold sidewalk below

Passerbys nonchalantly walked by staring listlessly at their watches
Instead of lending a charitable helping hand

Silently she lay there in a pool of humiliation
As akward moments seemed to pass into muted hours

Before she could get up and compose herself
A crow nested in her aqua net beehive do

If that weren't enough, the wind played peek-a-boo with her mini-skirt
Giving juvenile jollies to the neighborhood peeping toms

Great one for those of us old enough!

to remember bee hives and when mini's were just coming into fashion! The previous poster has obviously never watched a girl the first time she tried to walk in highheels or he.she would know why she fell! :-)
