Living my life in a dream,
Never believing in the unseen.
Life quickly losing steam,
Just needing to be clean.
Always crashing and burning,
Needing a fresh start.
And finally, started learning,
Finding a good place to take part.
Pain and thousands of tears,
Washing away the broken.
Exposing my soul, the darkness clears.
Finally, I have been awoken.
Soaking in the ambiance,
Feeling it all so very clear.
Trying not to have an audience,
I left myself bare.
The power is in me now,
Fulfilling all of my cracks.
Un breaking from the brow,
Now knowing the facts.
No longer looking for strength,
Serving a higher power.
Always within an arm's length,
You will always empower.
