When I entered the world
A piece of e was missing
Only half of what I should be
I spent my life searching and reminiscing

In my dreams I could see it
That glimpse of myself
That piece of me a part from me
Eyes that pulled me to itself

Years passed me by
My humanity was diminished
My heart and soul, became disfigured
I felt that my time here was finished

When I was ready to give up
To draw my last breath
I saw those eyes across the miles
They pulled me back from the brink of death

I was drawn to those eyes
In them was hidden a fragment of my soul
When we became as one
I was at last made whole

He and I were split from the same soul
Hidden outside of one another
Living a half life, a tragic existence
Death was preferred without each other

At long last after years apart
As one we reconciled our souls in constant flux
Our love was my immortality
He was my horcrux
