Death peeps around the curtain edge
His eyes consuming all
Remembering an earlier pledge
Between consenting souls.
Today the day of reckoning
When all must balanced be
The Hades hordes are following
To sanitize the cull.
Behind him comes the horseman
Prepared to carry siege
Saddlebags receive again
Cargo of lifeless forms.
Armed with fiery scimitar
Shield of devils fire
Lightening bolts there to spur
The mount of polished coal.
