allow them easy access.

Amid the cacophony of
protesting heart monitors,

She rides him,
her breasts against his chest.

His hands grab her shaven head, and
she feels his warm spurt within her,

smiling at the wonder
of life taking root in death.

I agree with chipbutty, but the title doesn't work for me because it presents an image of home healthcare, even though it grabs your attention as a good title is supposed to do.
