Non-Erotic PoetryHow I like my eggsWith heat on medium low
set a slab of butter
on the bottom of the pan
slide it around until it melts
when the foam subsides
crack one egg
then another
break the yolks with the shell
cover with a lid
and cook roughly six minutes
until yolks are hard
cover with salt and pepper
enjoy with a fork
especially the crispy bottom part
