I know you will
have none of this

but when
it comes
down
to it

a hurricane would
swirl the other way
to carry your steps
if you turned around

a butterfly
at the right place
and time would
flutter by
to graze the trace
of your passing glance

I know you will not
recognise

but if it comes to that
and down
to this

I will try
to explain

that clouds
who crowd the sun
don't understand
that an act of love
would instead
be parting

and sharing the sight
with sun and moon
sometimes

I know you will
have none of that

and that
is exactly why

Well done...

Beautifully written, a true love poem not simply spoken with mere words, but true and honest feeling.

Thank you for mirroring what many feel, but cannot say.

I remain,

And Pi Would Be Humble. . .

And bees wouldn't bumble.

And Chaos Theory

Becomes all bleary

I enjoy your work. Please keep them coming.
