the ripeness that I desire
your roundness I harness

when you make him your night horse
a ride in heels pitch black over
bumpy road, stifled prisoner
gasps below your muscled thighs

I am reminded of your tonguing by a hummingbird
who stops just short of her goal to tease the flower
removing nectar without swallow, her eyes never flicker
like her blurred flight

(she works the sweet artificial feeder
with same finesse and thirsty greed
a mechanical shaft with pretty scent)

you place an egg
into his mouth
gold, grease lubed
he pouts, you muffle
he lengthens
you marvel, tripling pace

the egg gives birth to cobra
emerging from his face seamlessly
into your slit of parted silk
an invasion
most nasty occupation
so many combinations

oh,
the backward dragging
of porcupine quills remains
for next contestant
