You tell us to love one another,
but many don't
because we are brown, black, yellow—
queer?

You say we are born in your image
If this is so
are you a queer—
different?

If you are queer,
then why
do they hate what is different—
are we not your visage?

Is this your message?
Or man's visage of you,
used to usurp the different,
embroiling the world in hatred?

You're not alone

You're not the only one that questions him. Made in his own image for example...... for me that is bull shit all of us are different and unique in his or her own way.

That is the first of a long line of questions I have about him

Thank you for the comment

The message is more a cry to people than God. It's about man's manipulation of God's teachings for his own devices. No doubt, interpretation is up to the reader.

I am Confused about your Logic

You start with God telling us to love one another, then detail how prejudiced many of us are. Should God, ipso facto, NOT want us to love each other? Is the defiance of God's will evidence of a deific shortcoming?

Where is the source of your confusion?
