I am His.
He does not own me, I am not for sale.
He does not control me, I am my own thinker.
He does not possess me, I am not a simple object.
Yet, I am His.

I am His baby girl, gentle and sweet.
I am His princess, treated with dignity.
I am His angel, pure and innocent.
I am His temptress, fulfilling dark fantasies.

Most importantly, I am His equal.

He has my heart, He holds it gently.
He has my mind, He challenges me to think freely.
He has my body, He refuses to confine me.

I am His.
He does not realize it, but I am His.

here we have the much welcomed "woman's lib view"--well done!

a clean succinct bookend to Todski's poem of this day. And yet a touch of sadness in the line,

"He does not realize it, but I am His."

One asks re:verse 2, how one can fulfill all these requirements in reality. Sure, woman are our equals if not our superiors, but as much as I admire woman weight lifters, I am not really sure that I find them attractive. Idealized views of our sexual roles/relationship roles often to not work out in reality. We are who we are and that comes though after the societal brainwash fails us. Sure mutual respect and opportunity required but turning age old parameter upside down comes at a cost we often fail to realize at the start....
