I am selfish
Wanting you only
For myself.

Wanting your love
Craving your touch
Thinking only of me.

What is it you want?
Do you still love me?
Do you want to try again?

Can we reclaim our love?
Become better than before
Our love was once wonderful.

I used to say it was heaven sent
I prayed one nite
And then I got you.

God knew we were
Two hungry, lost souls
Needing one another.

Our love was true, it was honest and pure
There is no one who will ever love me
Like that, I am sure.
