I can't see the way anymore
But I know there is a way
As there was one before

I don't remember the road I travelled on
But there must be a road
Because I came here somehow

Night is falling
And it is getting cold
And the trees are evil and alive

Their branches turn into claws
Ripping my clothes to rags
Exposing me and making me freeze

My body is exposed
My soul is exposed
I can't hide

I will just lay down here
Here where I stand
On the cold ground

The morning sun will find me here
With new light and new hope
And warm me, and burn me

And force me to find water
And force me to go on
As long as she shines

I need to arrive
I want to arrive

It's the only purpose
Nothing else left
