laying here thinking about all that's went down,
I've felt hope, greed, true love as I strutted in town,
I was naturally high or so I felt,
in our relationship a bad hand we've been dealt.

It's almost like we were made to suffer,
maybe all this will just make us tougher?,
we've had good times, some have been bad,
but to just know you makes my heart glad!

You're my ray of sunshine in a cold dark world,
To know you is to love you, told all you're my girl,
chains have linked, then they were broke,
welded back together-stonger-no joke.

I know you will make it no matter what, you see,
coz for the last seven months you've put up with me,
You're a strong woman, that much I say is true,
I'm a better person for just having known you!

In my heart you live, in my mind you dwell,
at times my heart cracks, feels like hell,
have faith, I know you'll come thru,
truly......I do love you!
