i hate You, again.

for everything You see

for being~You.

You took away the shadows~

revealing the fears,

as the light filtered in.

You took away that security,

everything that was familiar,

and forced open my eyes.

You turned me inside out.

and left me raw and terrified

at the new discoveries.

and yet~

Your hold never faltered

as tears fell in silence,

and everything turned~sideways.

and still~

Your gaze remains,

as i twist on strings

of my own creation.

All the while~

telling me,

the key is right there

in an empty hand.
