I kissed a girl.

Drunken brush,
A forbidden touch,
My sister-
Woman, of woman born, of all women born before her.
I see myself in her eyes.
The glint of water on her breasts,
Her round hips like mine;
She is beautiful, my sister.

Like me.

A smile, orchid-soft,
meant for man,
whose rough lips will bruise the tender buds.
Why must all nature be attracted to its opposite?
Ying and yang
Alpha and omega
Male and female
She is my same,
Not just in body, but in thought, and word, and deed.
She is my mother, my sister, my aunt, my daughter.
She is me.

I kissed a girl

And I liked it.

so did I

and maybe would have liked it if she had ever met a toothbrush.
