I submit
Do you know what it is that you do to me?
Spiderman, batman whatever guise you’re using today.
How any man can know my needs is baffling
And yet from the first moment you took care of me.
Do you understand the power you hold in your fingers?
When you use your magic powers and warm me from within,
An invisible face down the telephone line
Who makes me scream when he caresses my skin.
I cannot tell thee I love you, as you pierce my open flesh.
The weight of your body restrains me, but my gaze speaks the truth.
My breath has escaped me in long sensual motion,
As I bite my lip in that obvious way; that tells me you’ve won once again.
To do battle in lust is one thing but to war in love is a waste
So like Scarlett and Rhett lets do battle,
But not of the ferocious intent, but enjoy of the flesh that we’re given
And succumb to the wine…… I relent.
