a blanket of starlight covers the day
the time to unwind descends thankfully
sinking into warm sweet scented water
memories of him drift by lazily
bittersweet longing renewed again
flesh upon flesh recalled sweetly
aching spirit in need of release
fingertips brushing skin lightly
rose colored tips rising into the air
patterns traced slowly and easily
lower and lower leaving ripples in wake
hands part liquid velvet so quietly
knees rise opening wide for a touch
fingers slide deep inside effortlessly
back arched in need of his sensual touch
remembering love made so freely
over and over reaching the brink
whispers of desire cried softly
hugging myself in cheap substitution
unknowing tears fall silently
