Shana was young and naive. She believed in forever love and eyes only for you.

She was tiny with green eyes and auburn hair. She was a technical writer at the local publishing company. Her burning ambition was to become a serious mystery and horror writer, along with writing some poetry.

Today was Friday, and she and the gang went to the local pub for a few beers. Shana changed into the fashion of the day; a pair of tight, name brand jeans, ankle socks, and high heels. She also wore a purple silk shirt belted with a black velvet sash.

Her eyes were immediately drawn to a handsome, dark haired, dark eyed man. He also checked her out and walked over to introduce himself. His name was Mike and he also worked at the publishing company. Mike was a writer of thriller novels and quite successful.

Shana wasn't sure what she could offer him. An extra pair of eyes and ideas to run by him. A comfort when he was stressed. A lover to express the erotic desires of them both. Could she be a muse by influencing one of his future novels? She felt she could. Mike then looked around and thanked her for such a lovely conversation.

He said it was nice meeting her and his wife walked over to give him a hug and kiss. He had already met his muse.
