If I could be, right now, with you,
In my arms I'd hold you very tight.
Maybe not so much during the day.
But for sure, each and every night.
Sweet kisses I would give you,
As many and as often as I could,
And cherish every single one.
This, my love, I know I would.
I'd run my fingers through your hair
And gently touch your beautiful face,
And let you know in every way I can,
That to be by your side is my place.
I'd hold your pretty hands in mine
And as everything around us dies,
I'd tell you how much I love you,
As I looked into your darling eyes.
