If I could choose a colour
I think I'd dream in black...

Black skies
Filled with black clouds
Over black cities
Teeming with black lives
Speaking black words
And singing black songs

If I could choose to be there
I think I'd be in red...

Red hair
Seeing through red eyes
With red skin
Under flowing red clothes
Thinking red thoughts
To the dark red day

If I could choose a reason
It would have to be in green...

Green mist
Hiding green lies
Drowning green words
With swirling green waves
And green quicksand
Pulling down green crying eyes

If I could choose the silence
It has to be in white...

White lights
Blinding white claxons
Smothering red tears
In a black city
By a green river
For a lost colourless soul
