We've been friends for many years
And recently there have been some tears
But I will always be right here
That is something you should never fear
A friendship as true as this
Is something I would forever miss
When you're up, or down, and need your friend
Just remember I'm here 'til the end
So pick up your phone
Or get in your car
Because though it seems like it
I am never that far
You know I will always come to you
Just to hang out or if you are blue
My best friend you will always be
and I know you feel the same about me
