Immortal Ascension
By PrincessKatie
Non-Erotic Poem
(©®™ 2003)

Long ago I once did see
A vision I beheld like in a dream
Into the wind it called my name
Nothing may ever be the same

Day and night now passed into shadow
As whispers grew in the dark
That this day would come
That all our souls would be as one

The sun shall rise and set
As each day dawns we face the test
For destiny is now here and it is time
For each bell that sounds, for each bell that chimes

With our spirits we shall know
A greater tale than one of woe
Our fates are now sealed, our paths are now set
Now the tale of one can be laid to rest
