You can't get started if there's no motivation.
However, there is an abundance of tension.
Stress that is subtle enough to know it's there without mention.
Although it feels explosive when brought to attention.
This unfortunate situation isn't going away, or getting better.
I don't know what's wrong with me.
You see, I'd picture myself in the street before I ever find the desire to do anything about it.
Let's face the facts: no actions have been taken.
On either side.
And I don't need to confide why I just don't want to.
My hands aren't necessarily tied, but it feels like my inhibitions are at an all time high.
I honestly would feel obligated to throw you a life raft.
But for the life of me, I wouldn't budge to save myself.
