In a moment it was over:
The long sigh - of pleasure?
The wide-opened eyes
Were going nowhere,
Completely indifferent
To any depth of emotion;
To happenings or events,
To sense or feel or touch;
The face looks disinterestedly
Out at the world;
And, yet, it can neither conceal
The amazing potential
For delivering satisfaction,
Nor hide the entire range
Of barely perceptible nuances
Stroking an ego:
She was present
Not to please or caress;
But simply to show desire
And to demonstrate that
In a moment - it was over.
