so when did you become
a constant for my lever
my opposable thumb
I'm handicapped forever
I feel so bloody dumb

how come I always slip
dependant of direction
to get a fucking grip
a purposeless erection
inside your powertrip

and how come when I sink
you talk about devotion
just pour another drink
and strip a counter notion
your spit and sweat as ink

but what is it I fear
when smothered by the wonder
that binds me so sincere
to siren's song and thunder
a whisper in my ear

so what do I resist
when laid out for your yearning
and all is said and kissed
as lust and life is burning
my spirit in your fist

strong statement...

about a double-edged sword.

powerful

you always write with such authority, and your rhyme here is excellent. wish I could rant and mean it like you do ;)
