I'm an innocent sinner
Unrepentant of my crime
Living and breathing
Dreaming and alive
I'm taking no prisoners
And shaken to my soul
No one who isn't
Is completely whole
I'm an innocent sinner
Unrepentant of my crime
I rage and I cry
And I howl at the moon
I sing as the stars dance
And I sleep in the sun
Bathing my tear streaked face
In the caress of the wind
I'm an innocent sinner
Unrementant of my crime
No angel can touch me
But I am so alone
Unknown and unknowing
In the land of the brave
Where everyone is afraid
Especially me
