In a soul-less world
Can anything be more perfect
Could it be that you and I
Are the epitome of hate
Coming so close to the edge
We walk on the winds of fate
Make me want more
Than just this cold flesh
Take out my eyes
So I can see inside
I climb the stairs to your head
There is blood on the rail
I feel there is sanity
But I find you in ruin
Even though the room moves slow
I am falling down
I keep looking for my soul
Blackness, swamp thick
I am the stick that beats you
I am the prick that bleeds you
I am
Flesh and bone fall away
Just like the carousel
Riding whores like flames in hell
My eyes burn out
Inside again
I climb the stairs to your head
Blood on the rail
And now the room moves fast
I stand without you - my eyes bleeding
I keep reaching for my soul
But I can't remove the thorns
