Thoughts running marathons within my veins.
My fists gripping pillows and temptation.
Body begging to rest.
Grasping to pluck words from stars beyond my reach.
A wobbly ladder under my feet. Drifting from relentless dream after dream.
I succumb to my strongest weakness. My greedy hand never hesitates.
I'm already wet.
Sweet release on repeat.
Now sleep.
