she is pretty,
poised at this moment for
a strange kiss,
a leg wrap,
getting to know a stranger
not afraid to admit
being a virgin is exhilaration

they hug like ambassadors
at first,
then after taste of lips
try looking into straight eyes
slowly curving,
next coquettish wink

in between comes
many gentle feelings
from finger to toe
~
palm of hand
heel to toe
word to ear
and mirror games
~

then blurs and
none our business
gentle readers
for after days she will
emerge, standing taller
more erect, less part of
the talented observers.

More the talented indulged
smiling a "knowing" smile
