TANGERINE KISSES ON THE HALF FROZEN WASTELAND
CALLED MY HEART AND YOU
WALK IN WITH YOUR KNOCK ME DEAD SMILE
AND MASCULINE STANCE THAT MELTS
MY RESERVE AND TURNS ME
INTO A QUIVERING POOL OF EMOTION TURNING AWAY
AND CRAVING YOU GO HAND IN HAND
AS DOES THE LONGING TO BE SET FREE
OF THIS RUNAWAY ROLLER COASTER
LIFESTYLE WE HAVE BEEN LIVING
TURN AND FIND THE DOOR ON YOUR OWN
LEAVE ME TO BE
WHAT YOU’VE MADE OF ME
AND NEVER LOOK BACK.
