A sultry southern breeze drifts slowly by,
A coastal briny sexy lee
That lifts my head, surprisingly
Escaping from my lips a gusty sigh.
It’s not exactly like a certain gale,
Admittedly it’s just a gust,
But with it comes a hint of lust,
And so I sniff the air as I inhale
An air so rare I don’t believe my nose
Has ever smelled another scent
Quite like this one that’s to me sent
And drifts my way why i can but suppose.
Caress me in your drifting puffs of air
Your Carolina breezes blown so fair.
