Do you remember
Playing in the dome?
Climbing to it's peak?
Hanging from the bars?
Can you recall
Those faded memories
Long since buried?
That which you ignore
Builds quietly and slowly
Hiding in recesses
Waiting for the moment
Just the right moment

If I had the will
You know I would have
Left you long ago
You have broken me;
Torn my spirit to shreds
You took all of my passion
And used it to your liking
Yet you feel no remorse,
You feel justified
It seems you don't care
That something in me has died

Can you fail
In feeling you are right?
My stomach aches so bad
I am alone at night
But do you still remember
Playing in the dome?
Climbing to the peak?
Hanging in it's bars?

Where is your guilt, love?
Where is your mercy?

If I had the will
You know I would have
Left you long ago
And let you live alone
You have broken me
Torn my spirit apart
You stole away my passion
And used it to your liking

Yet you feel no remorse
You feel justified.
