Distance, an astounding foe in the world of lovers. There is no one greater thing that creates the desires in the soul of a man and woman. All too long they had been kept from the serene touch and breath of eachothers keeper. Knowing only to wait for the time that they could once again hold eachother and provide the one gift that they were to give only to the other.

He dreamed of her, even during the waking hours. Of her soft skin, lucious smile, and supple breasts. The way that she and only she could drive him so near the edge by only shooting him that devilish look he had come to love so much. Everytime she passed through his mind, his very soul yearned, as did his loins. She was to him his Alpha and Omega.

To her, there was nothing of any higher importance or nature. Everything about him seemed to make her ooze affection and desire. His sinister laugh still rang clearly through her ears. And his naturally mischevous sneer was always the first thing she would see once she closed her eyes. Nothing ever in her life had drawn her in so deep, so fast. To her, He was the Yin and the Yang of Life.

Through the miles that parted them, each day that passed they came a few steps closer. Anxious and pressing for that time where they could finally reach sanctuary within an embrace that was sure to last out time itself.

No superfiscial matierial thing could ever pull them away from thier guided path, fate they say has an odd way of showing itself. To this, was no exception. A memory planted so firmly in the mind of someone in matters of the heart is the one thing sometimes that keeps the sanity reigning over the anarchy of troubled times.

So to all long distance lovers out there who are questioning the reward for your strive and considering adopting more then just a wondering eye. My word of advice is this. A temporary fling can happen at any time. But they are also filled with nothing but empty feelings and mediocre pseudo-happiness. The best thing you can do is keep your eye on the prize. Because the saying is very true...Good things do happen to those who wait....so in the meantime, Keep that person deep in your heart and pay attention to them however you can. A phone call, internet however you do what you do....Just do it and be happy. Because that is how you make the other person feel. Remember that.
