I can't recall
The last time
I was kissed.
Or the last time
I kissed someone.

My mouth craves
The feel
Of hungry lips
That speak of need
For what my lips alone can give.
My tongue craves
The taste
Of wine and chocolate
On the tongue
That wants to tango with my desire.
My heart craves
The rush
That makes the blood
Race like wildfire
Through my veins
To the core of ecstasy unfulfilled.

I can't recall
The last time
I was kissed,
Or kissed someone
Whose lips and teeth and tongue
Were my salvation.
