White Dreams

Thinkin of red strands
Between his hands
I can make her mine
Jus take a lil time
Vanilla skin and strawberry lips
Chocolate lover knows the flavor of her hips
It may be not more than fantasy
But he wonders if she'll make it reality

Tickin of a clock so long
Tockin, writes love's song
Their bodies yearn for a touch
Her delay is nearly too much
A whisper of a word or touch of a hand
He looks to her to become a better man
Best man one day, groom on another day
She can sense he wants her in every way

Mind tells her no
Heart makes him go
Two halves reunite
Through passion of one night
A silent kiss becomes a portal to bliss
A secret reminder of a lover's promise
Reason to laugh, no need to lie
Jus the thought of him and she forgets how to cry

Head in the clouds
Stand in a crowd
Eyes on the sky
Lets her heart fly
Mind in the stars, body off planet
Life without her, wont even imagine it
Allows himself ot wander her curves
She enjoys being lost in his words

But soon she leaves
In his heart he greaves
Memories will last
Pain shall pass
In the world she decides to roam
To his world she never returns home
He may be smart, but dumb of the heart
Logic says stay, to remain apart

He never llistens
Eyes then glisten
Tries to press rewind
See her one more time
Tells himself to never believe
The mind lies and the truth his heart weavs
Close his eyes jus to see her face
In his arms she is, in no other place

But she isnt there it seems
Smile no longer beems
Of her love he's never weened
Wishing this wasnt another dream....
