I hate who I’ve become
The lies that spread through me
The chances I’ve ignored
To much hope and so much pain
To many promises
To much time spent waiting
When will you yearn for me?
When will you call my name?
I’ve come to understand my role in your game
I’m the one who fulfills your desires
Only to be left in the fire
I’m tired of playing
I want more
I want to know what it feels like to dance in the rain
No more late night romps
No more stolen kisses
Leave me be
No more early morning calls
No more time wondering
Leave me be
I need to be happy
I need to accept this fate
She has you
And I have only the pain
Leave me be

~~

Another broken relationship ~ that third person always screws thing up. One other thing; first word on lines 4, 5, & 6 should be "Too".
