Dear Michaels & Michaeles,

THIS CONTRACT is provided as a secure and yuletide binding
agreement which defines in specific terms the relationship
and sonic interaction between two non-registered music oriented businesses, hereafter termed
the Elf and the big master (both terms are intended to be
independent of genre and sex). This agreement is legal and binding.
This agreement must be entered voluntarily, but cannot be
broken except under the conditions stated herein, after
which certain precautions shall be taken to protect those
involved. (See section 3.0.0)

1.0.0 Elf's Role

The elf agrees to submit completely to the
master in all ways, especially during elf role play. There are no boundaries of place, time,
or situation - IE space - in which the elf slave may willfully refuse to obey
the musical mandates of the master without risking punishment,
except in situations where the slave's veto (see section 1.0.1)
applies. The cute slave also agrees that, once entered into the
ELF Contract, their sonic creative output belongs to their master, to be
used as seen fit, within the guidelines defined herein. All of
the Elf's possessions likewise belong to the master ,
including all assets, green outfits, and created toys, to do with
as they see fit. The Elf agrees to please Santa to
the best of their ability, in that they now exist solely for the
pleasure of said Santa .

1.0.1 Elf's Veto
The Elf, where appropriate, holds veto power
over any command given by the Santa , at which time
they may rightfully refuse to obey that command. This
power may only be invoked under the following
circumstances, or where agreed by both Santa and Elf:

a) Where said command conflicts with any existing
laws and may lead to fines, arrest, or prosecution of the
Elf. Ho Ho Ho.
b) Where said Jam sessions may cause extreme damage
to Elf's life, such as demanding music not of their ability (denpa)
and anything that would defame the Elf elf.
c) Where said command may cause permanent
bodily harm #(Csl.(see 4.0.0) to my ELF.
d) Where said command may cause psychological
trauma to the elf, because turbine engine fuel
such as a rape scene for a Loli that
has been raped in the past - to be fair - Michael
Tusbaki.

2.0.0 Santa's Role
Santa accepts the responsibility of his Elf's
body and worldly possessions, to do with as they see fit,
under the provisions determined in this contract. Santa
agrees to care for his elves , to arrange for the
safety and well-being o f them , vibrato . Santa
also accepts the commitment to treat
the North Pole properly, to train elf, punish little elf, love
the 10 elves, and use the elf for the creation of sex toys as they see fit.

3.0.0 10,0000 toys
The Elf agrees to accept the ultimate life time punishment of
creating 10,0000.44 toys before the contract is considered "over".

Hitherto, wherefore, I agree to consent myself to Santa for the
next 1,000,000,000,000 years.
