added detail,
made it seem
so fucking real.
But the real truth was you spun a lie.
You stole my love and sucked me dry.

I'd like to see you continue with the extended metaphor. Show the reader more of this monstrous creation, more of how it was fleshed out, more details about the hopes and dreams, etc.
