I feel life more with your brightness
And feel your warmth radiate
The world is never dark
With you around
When we met
The light was very bright
Intense – enduring
Time passes
Light’s still bright
Comfortably so
The light is dimming
You seem more distant
Feeling cooler
Away from your brightness
Come nearer… please
The light is out
You’ve gone away
The world is dark
I am cold
I need more light
