window panes are piano keys,
softly strum the silver threads
of geometric spider webs,
a hypnotic trickle on the pond,
whispering gusts rising, falling,
while softly tin roof cymbals chime
and lazily there the music hangs…
come, let us make love below
this cascade of sensuous notes.

KOLKOREover 16 years agoBy the last stanza I was transformed to Psalms where one lover searches the other for sweet sinless love making. with such kin sensitivity to nature poetic potential, who needs a violinist for a romantic background? the best poem I have read today.
