So angelic of face, and yet
So beguiling; a young nymphet.
A child in spirit and body and mind;
Neither a girl nor a woman. Blind
To her power as a virgin temptress
Trying the fledgling wings of an enchantress.

You fell penitent at the feet of a vixen,
Unaware that you were the victim of a siren.
Ashamed and guilty at your body's cries,
Blind to the whore behind the angel's eyes.
Perhaps it wasn't your fault that you were weak;
It wasn't your design that your soul should seek
What heaven placed in your path fatefully,
But you went to your destiny gratefully.
