Long lonely
Laborious
Nights
When the poetry
Just isn't enough
The images
Not seemingly
Clear
I drift
I dream
Transporting memories
Back to our time.

The subtle touch
Of your skin
Arousing mine
The soft
Sensual sound
Of your breath
Upon my neck
Heightening to hot
Your fingers
Slowly
Softly
Wind their way
Covering every curve
Goosebumps gallop
Upon every pore
Wanting you
Deep, near, inside
So tight.

I stare drifting
Into
A gaze
Your image
Tat smile
Fun
Simply magical
Loved face
Teasing my
Tastebuds
Tempting with
Knowledge
Such succulent
Of tastes.

You
The deep night
The delicious dawn
I sense
Watching
Keeping my soul
Singing
With echo's of heart
Muted shadows
Keep us close
Never far
Never spiritually
Apart.

with love for J.D.
