to turn into loss;
our passion ending in pain.

I didn’t want your arms
not to hold me close;
caresses that drove me insane.

I didn’t want moments
not to feel your touch,
or never to hear your voice.

I didn't want our hearts
too soon to break
yet I was given no choice.
