Lost Purity
Her thoughts ring silently in her ears as she gives herself to him
Not bothering to oppose his wishes; (he’d get it anyway)
After all he took her self-respect when she gave her innocence
On her knees, she looks down to quickly brush away a lonely tear before he notices
The hurt he has instilled crawls farther within
Scaring her soul with a mortal sin
He smiles down upon her,
Her lips reflecting it like the moon half shadowed in it’s own darkness
Is there no redemption for the unclean?
