Why am I in this war?
I really don't want to be here,
Killing all these innocent people
Dieing is my greatest fear.

Why do we have wars?
They doesn't solve a thing,
I could of been with my ex-boyfriend
you know, he ask to marry me.

Yet i'm in this war
Fighting for my life,
Did I tell you I wanted kids?
I would of been a great wife.

Was wounded in the chest
They said I wouldn't live,
Then I started breathing
Turned the truth into a fib.

Was back on the field
About to loose my mind,
Heard a beeping noise
Noticed I stepped on a mine.

So mad and angry inside
I couldn't even cry,
See what this war had did
It took away my life.
