Thoughts are jumbled
Hopes are burned
Steps are stumbled
Lessons learned

Cuts are healing
From the fall
But what I'm feeling
Is cold and small

Alone and tired
Stripped and bare
A love desired
No longer there

I loved and lost you
But love you still
And like I told you
I ALWAYS will xx

answer

Is it a week and 3 days

It must be more

1000 times

I've been at your door

You have been with me

These last ten days

With me in my mind

Though its mostly haze

You can't take more

I understand, I know

What's wrong with me

I can't just go

You have left a space

Not empty or fire

But full of love

Hope and desire

I love you now

I always will

Till my mind is gone

And my body still

Very poignant

Sorry to hear of your loss. As for the poem, very smooth rhyming. Well done.
