Love Blossoms

Together forever like this
Loving not hating
Passion so hot it consumes
He is my family, the only one
I love him beyond all else
And yet I wish I could do more
I explore and implore his heart
It’s a start I know it is
We came together and through it all
I love him I cherish him more
Proud I am to be with him
Sad I am to be apart from him
Hard as the days are long
Yet I will wait for he is the one
I chose to give up gifts from my gods
I gave them for him to show my love
I knew the past, present and future
He is all to me and so much more
Time will tell when love will take
