my heart burns as you come near me
sultry eyes and lips of crimson
your soul flares for all to see
dims the sun in brilliant show of passion

now moon shines silver in silken night
as gossamer strings pull souls delicate fingers
eyes shine crystal in candles dim light
reflections of dreams not realized yet linger

flames ignite as lust flares bright
a phoenix rises up from her ashes
hearts unite with two souls might
as a new days love brilliantly flashes

day leads on to night cool mist
as lovers lay down in dew soaked grass
reflections of a loves first kiss
two loves entwined as an eternity shall pass

Bravo!

I love it...full of passion and hope and the mingling of lovely words to express the spirit of such things. Bravo!

~~

Interesting metaphorical write;

How about staying awhile

Practice a bit, more often than every 2 years,

And posting will become second-nature.
