When the paradigms have shifted
When the curtain calls have ceased
When the Time on the spotlight is gone
Love remains

When faith has moved the mountains
When hope has calmed the seas
When effort to walk on water is done
Love remains

When dreams have turned into memoirs
When Silence echoes prayers
When memory's too bad to remember
Love remains

Plastic bridges burning the smell is in the air
Glass top tables turning pieces everywhere
No more loving breakfast in the castle

The ravens have been eaten
The fish nets have been broken
A golden goose flew out of an omelet

Explain the magical
Question the miracle
When it is time to get up from your bed and walk
Love remains

Images have faded
Bible verses jaded
Love remains
My love's remains

When your beauty turns to ashes
And the ashes don’t remain
And your heroes turn to traitors
And there is no one left to blame

My love will remain
